My therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centred, empathetic, and strengths based.”

Monique is a grounded and empathetic psychologist. She has experience working with adults, children, and adolescents on a range of concerns including:

  • Anxiety
  • Self-esteem
  • PTSD and Trauma
  • Body image concerns
  • Eating disorders
  • Emotional regulation
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Monique is very passionate about supporting individuals to navigate body image concerns. Monique also has experience working with NDIS participants in a range of community and educational settings. 

In her free time Monique loves to go hiking, spend time with her partner, family and friends and loves anything to do with food!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Honours (Psychology) from Deakin University
  • Bachelor of Psychology from Deakin University.

Monique provides the space for clients to explore their concerns, feel heard and works collaboratively with clients towards positive outcomes. Monique utilizes evidence-based techniques, including:
