What to expect

Sessions with Cova psychologists generally run for 50 minutes. In the initial sessions, your therapist will complete an assessment, and collaboratively, you will decide on your therapy goals. As sessions progress, you will start working towards your goals during and in-between your appointments. The number of sessions required can vary, depending on the complexity of the issues being addressed – your therapist will discuss this with you.

Appointments are held at the Cova Psychology practice on Collins St in the CBD. The therapy rooms have been furnished to promote a calming and safe place for therapy.

Teleconferencing sessions may be available for clients living in rural areas. Please contact us for details.
