Kylie is a clinical psychologist who has worked in both the public and private health sectors since 2006. She works primarily with adults and has extensive  experience in the provision of psychological services for: 

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Generalised anxiety disorder
  • Panic disorder
  • OCD
  • Phobias
  • PTSD

As  well as working with clients in private practice, Kylie also worked in the Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Program at the Melbourne Clinic for 8 years, and was the Coordinator of the program for 2 years. She has worked with clients individually for assessment  and treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder and other associated conditions and has facilitated pre-commitment, skills training, graduate and family based group programs.

In  her work with clients Kylie takes a holistic, collaborative, and person-centred approach. She uses evidence-based therapies such as:

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Schema Therapy
  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) .
