Bree is a Clinical Psychologist with a background working with clients on a variety of concerns. Her style of therapy is to create a safe space where curiosity, compassion are collaboratively directed towards your internal world. She has worked with clients from all ages on a variety of concerns including:
I have worked in multiple settings with vulnerable members of society across the public mental health (community setting, inpatient unit, residential mental health facilities and NGO’s focused on victim survivors of sexual assault, Family violence as well as veterans) and now in private practice. My passion is to meet you where you are at, and collaborate with you on your therapy goals.
I am dedicated to providing a safe space for us to explore how your current symptoms are impacting you. I create this safe space by listening in a curious and compassionate way, and reflecting what I hear in order to make sure I understand the nuances of your experience. It is important to keep in mind that building trust can take time. This process will help us to work toward your goals.
In her down time, Bree enjoys riding her Dutch bicycle around and mindfully observing everything that passes her by, reading in coffee stores and in parks, and going for jogs.
