Bree Buck

My style of therapy is highly collaborative and focused on providing a non-judgmental space where we can be compassionate and curious about your internal world. I have experience working with adults and children who have experienced relational, physical, psychological and sexual trauma. I am passionate about holding a safe space and customising interventions to best foster your healing, growth and empowerment. I am looking forward to working with you.

Hi, my name is Bree and I am a Clinical Psychologist at Cova Psychology. I enjoy working with people of all ages on a range of mental health concerns. These include:

  • Trauma and abuse (i.e. relational, emotional, physical and sexual)
  • Post Traumatic Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Panic
  • Sleep concerns

I am dedicated to providing a safe space for us to explore and understand your life experiences. I create this safe space by listening in a curious and compassionate way, reflecting what I hear in order to make sure I understand the nuances of your experience. This process of building a therapeutic alliance will enable us to work toward your goals.

I have worked in multiple settings including education, NGO’s, Hospitals, residential mental health and now private practice. My passion is to meet you where you are at, and collaborate with you on your therapy goals.

In my down time I enjoy coffee, reading, cycling, and indoor plants.
